EYEBROW TREATMENT

Microblading

with Gold Coast Exquisite Beauty

Whether your eyebrows are non-existent or nearly perfect,

microblading will give you the DREAM brows you’ve always wanted.

It is a unique free-hand technique that deposits pigment into

the dermis with light slicing, feathering strokes.

The pigment is implanted in the basal membrane, which divides

the epidermis from the dermis layer of the skin. This creates

very crisp, fine hair strokes that don't blur after healing

(as you would experience with a traditional permanent makeup machine).

The results last 9 months up to 1 year.

Frequently Asked Questions

About Microblading

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a semi permanent technique adding hair like strokes to add volume and hair like texture to perfect the shape.

What is the difference between

Powdered Ombré brows and Microblading?

Microblading uses a hand tool to create realistic looking hair

strokes in the browline. Powdered brows help clients achieve more

of a powdered or ombre look instead of individual hair strokes.

Powdered brows have a soft makeup look and

work great for clients with oily or mature skin.

How Long Does Microblading and

Powder Ombré brows Take?

The procedure can take up to three hours. This is because there

are several stages involved in microblading. The desired shape,

arch, and thickness of the brows have to first be outlined and

drawn in before the actual microblading can begin. This is to

ensure that things look exactly the way you want them to. It’s a

delicate process that requires precision and attention to detail.

Who should get Microblading or Powder Ombré brows?

Microblading and powder ombré brows is for those who want

to redefine their eyebrows. Whether you have naturally thin

brows, or your brow-ends are fading with age, microblading

and powder ombré brows have the ability to add volume

and color to your eyebrows. These techniques can also

reshape your brows, adding more angle to your arch

or more detail to your ends.

Does it hurt?

Most of our clients will agree that the procedure is tolerable with

a pain level of 3-5 (0-none, 10-worst). We use a highly-effective

topical anesthetic gel containing lidocaine for numbing before

and during your procedure. As a needle or blade is used in the

application, a certain level of discomfort is to be expected.

But the pain level is similar to that of laser hair removal,

or teeth cleaning. Pain threshold levels vary from person

to person and every effort is made to ensure you

remain comfortable for the entirety of the procedure.

Please Note that having this service performed during your

menstrual cycle may increase discomfort during your procedure.

If you are a frequent smoker, the topical anesthetics used

during the treatment will not last as long. If you have been

diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, be aware that this may affect

your sensitivity tolerance to the procedure.
